  • Final specifications, finishes, and fitment details are agreed upon before order confirmation.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all product descriptions or images are perfectly accurate or error-free.

 

  1. Orders and Payment
  • Orders are confirmed once a formal quote is accepted and a deposit (as specified) is paid.
  • Full payment is required before the product is released or fitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via EFT, card, and other approved methods.
  • Prices are quoted in ZAR and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. Turnaround Times
  • Typical build or fitment times range between 7–15 working days depending on complexity and workload.
  • Timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by supply chain issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will notify you of any delays or changes in production schedules.

 

  1. Collection and Delivery
  • Collection or fitment is scheduled once your order is completed and payment is received in full.
  • Delivery may be arranged at an extra cost, and Getec CC is not responsible for courier delays once goods leave our premises.
  • You are responsible for inspecting products upon collection/delivery and reporting any visible issues within 24 hours.

 

  1. Warranty
  • Most products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect fitment by third parties, or damage caused by accidents.
  • Claims must be supported by proof of purchase and photographic evidence where relevant.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and validate warranty claims before approving replacements or repairs.

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Custom orders may not be refundable once production has started.
  • Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after materials are procured or work has begun.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days of approval.
